Life is what you make it. Why not find the very best in every situation and enjoy it to the full, no matter where you are or what you are doing? Never waste time and energy wishing you were somewhere else, doing something else. You may not always understand why you find yourself where you are, but you may be sure there is a very good reason and that there is a lesson to be learnt. Do not fight against in but find out what that lesson is and learn it quickly so that you can move on .You would not want to remain static, would you? As you cease resisting and simply accept the lessons to be learnt, taking them all in your stride, you will find life much easier and, what is more, you will enjoy the changes which take place. A plant does not resist growth or change; it simply flows with it and unfolds in true perfection. Why don’t you do the same? 生活是由我創造的。為什麼不發現每一個情景裡最好的，全然地享受其中，無論我在哪裡在做什麼？絕不要將時間與精力浪費在希望我在另一個地方，做著其他的事情上。
我可能不會總是能夠理解為什麼我現在在這裡，但我或許可以肯定這之中有一個很好的原因，這裡有我需要學習的課題。不要向內抵抗它，而是找到這個課題是什麼，並快速地學習它，所以我就可以繼續前進。我不會希望停滯不前，不是嗎？
當我停止抵抗，僅僅只是去接受需要學習的課題，帶著它們大步向前，我會發現生活容易了許多，還有就是，我會享受正在發生的改變。一株植物不會抵抗成長與變化；它僅僅只是順其自然，在真正的完美中開放。為什麼我不也去這樣做呢？
