Awake refreshed and renewed, expecting the very best from the glorious day and therefore receiving only the very best. Relax and let Me take over. Never start the day strained and full of tension. Sleep and rest renew the Spirit and revitalise it. Start the day off on the right foot with a heart full of love and gratitude, full of great expectations for the new day. Today has no blemishes on it to mar it, so why not keep it that way? Keep your consciousness raised to the highest and see the most wonderful happenings unfold this day. It is a new day and a new way. Leave yesterday behind with all its faults and failings, and turn over a new page. Why drag the old behind you into this new day?
