Learn to be very flexible and capable. At the same time, always work from a stable inner knowing, so that you are not influenced by or dependent upon outer circumstances and conditions. Realise that your outer life and living are a reflection of your inner life. When you are at peace within,you radiate peace without, for when your heart is overflowing with love, you cannot help but reflect and radiate that love all around you.You cannot hide that which is deep within you, for your outer state is a mirror of your inner state. The time you spend in peace and stillness is never wasted. It is necessary for every soul to find time to be still and reflect on that which is deep within, on the things that matter in life, that make your life what it is,the ways of the Spirit. It matters not how busy your day may be. Those times of stillness are essential and are the very backbone of your life. 學習變得非常靈活與能幹。同時，總是為了穩定的內在認知而努力，所以我才不會被外在的環境與條件所影響，或依賴它們。要意識到我的外在生活是我內在生命的映射。當我的內在處於平靜時，我就向外傳播平靜，因為當我的心滿溢著愛時，我會忍不住將愛映射與傳播於我的周圍。我無法隱藏在我內在深處的，因為我的外在狀態是我內在狀態的一面鏡子。
我在平靜與安靜中度過的時間永遠不會被浪費。對於每一個靈魂來說，找到安靜的時間，思考內在深處有些什麼，思考生命中真正重要的事情，那些讓我的生命成為如此的，以及靈性途徑，都是必要的。我的一天有多麼忙碌並不要緊。那些安靜的時間是必不可少的，它們正是我生命的支柱。
