Be like an open book, hiding nothing,with every page there for all to read. When you have nothing to hide, you know what it is like to be completely free and unfettered. Share what is in your heart and have no fear of being ridiculed. Keep very aware of Me and of My divine presence, and be as simple as a small child. Simplicity is the hallmark of this spiritual life; there is nothing complicated about it. If you feel it is complicated, it is of your own marking; therefore change your attitude toward it and see what happens. Waste no more time chasing rainbows. All you need is deep within you waiting to unfold and reveal itself. All you have to do is to be still and take time to seek for what is within, and you will surely find it. The answer is there. Be very patient, wait upon Me, and all will be revealed to you at the right time. 要如同一本敞開的書，無所隱藏，每一頁的內容供人閱讀。當我沒有任何事需要隱藏時，我就知道全然的自由、無所束縛是什麼樣的感覺。分享在我心中的一切，不用害怕會被嘲諷。
對上天及上天那神性的臨在保持覺察，並且如同孩童一樣單純。淳樸是靈性生活的標誌；它沒有什麼複雜的地方。如果我感到它很複雜，那就是我自己將它變複雜了；因此改變我對待它的態度，看看會發生些什麼。
不要再浪費任何一點時間去追逐彩虹。所有我需要的，只是在內在深處等待著去讓它自己展現與揭示。所有我需要做的，只是去安靜，並花時間去向內尋求，然後我一定會找到它。答案就在那裡。要非常有耐心，等待著上天，然後一切都會在對的時機向我揭示。
