Seek ye first the kingdom, put Me first in everything and then all else shall be added unto you. You know these words, but what are you doing about them? Are you living them? Do the ways of the Spirit come first in your life? Does your time alone with Me mean more to you than anything? Do you enjoy being still, or are you uncomfortable and uneasy in the stillness? Do you always want to be busy doing things and find great difficulty in stilling your body and mind? There are millions of souls in the world who cannot bear to have silence. They have to have constant noise and action around them. They are the ones who do not know the meaning of seeking first My kingdom and of putting Me first in their lives. They are restless within and without. I tell you, the times of peace and stillness when we are together are very precious in a world of turmoil. Seek them, find them and remain in them. 我們要先尋求上天的國，將上天放在一切的首位，然後其他所有的一切都會被相加於我。我知道這些話語，但我對此做了些什麼呢？我在活出他們嗎？靈性的方式是在我生活的首位嗎？我與上天獨處的時間對我而言比任何事都更有意義嗎？我享受安靜嗎，還是我在安靜中感到不舒服、坐立不安？我會總是想要忙於雜事，感到要讓我的心和意安靜下來是非常困難的嗎？
在這世上有千百萬的靈魂無法忍受安靜。他們需要周遭一直有著噪音與行動。他們是那些還不懂得先尋求上天的國，以及將上天放在他們生活中的首位的涵義的人們。他們的內在和外在都煩躁不安。上天告訴我，我們一起平靜和安靜的時間是極為寶貴的，在這動蕩的世上。去尋求他們，找到他們，停留於他們吧。
