Do you feel that you cannot love certain people? First stop hating them. Stop being intolerant towards them and criticising them. That can be your first step in the right direction. Then gradually take time to know them to find out what makes them tick, and to find out what it is in you that has created this separation between you and them. Look within yourself and find out what has gone wrong with you and your relationship with them, and never at any time throw the blame onto anyone else. When you can face up to yourself and your own shortcomings, you are on the right path heading in the right direction and will be able to find the perfect solution to your problems. Before you fully realise it, your whole attitude and relationship towards each soul will have changed. You can always do something right now, so why not do it instead of waiting for someone else to take the first step? 我是否感覺到我無法去愛某些人？首先停止仇恨他們。停止對他們無法容忍，停止批判他們。這可以是我進入正確的方向的第一步。然後漸漸地花時間去瞭解他們，找到他們這樣做的原因，並去找到是什麼在我的內在製造出了我與他們的隔閡。向內看，找出在我與我同他們的關係中是什麼出了錯，並且不要在任何時候怪罪於任何其他人。
