Look at the abundance of nature, of the beauty all around you, and recognise Me in everything. How many times during the day as you walk to and fro do you look at the wonders all around you and give thanks for everything? Much of the time you are in such a hurry you miss a great deal and fail to absorb these wonders and beauties which would lift and refresh your very soul. It is a question of opening your eyes and being sensitive and aware. Start right now becoming more and more aware of the things that matter in life, the things that gladden the heart, refresh the Spirit and lift the consciousness. The more beauty you absorb, the more beauty you can reflect. The more love you absorb, the more love you have to give. The world needs more and more love, beauty, harmony and understanding, and you are the one to give it forth. Why not open your heart now and do it? 看看那自然中的充裕，看看我周圍一切的美，並在所有事物中認出上天。在一天中有多少次，我端詳週邊的奇蹟，並因此感恩呢？在大部分時候，我是如此匆忙，我錯過且無法去吸納那些能夠讓我的靈魂得到提升、煥然一新的奇蹟與美。
這是一個是否睜開的雙眼，保持敏感與覺知的問題。從現在開始對生活中真正重要的事物變得越來越有覺察，那些讓心靈愉悅的事物，讓靈魂煥然一新的事物，讓意識層面得到提升的事物。
我吸收越多的美，我就能反映出越多的美。我吸收越多的愛，我就需要給予越多的愛。這個世界需要越來越多的愛、美、與和諧及理解， 而我就是給出它的這個人。為什麼不現在就敞開我的心，去這樣做呢？
