它由 Satis(足夠)與 Facere(做、執行、使之成為)組成。
(The Silent Inquiry)
SATISFACTION — The Wisdom of the Border
In ordinary interpretations, "Satisfaction" is often misunderstood as a compromise with mediocrity or an excuse to stop progressing. But in the dimension of Source Code, satisfaction has nothing to do with "stagnation"; it is the absolute sovereignty over the "Border."
Satisfaction stems from the Latin Satisfacere—composed of Satis (enough) and Facere (to do, to make, or to perform). Its core logic is not "feeling it is enough," but "making it saturated."
In ancient logic, claiming to have "Satisfaction" did not mean you no longer desired more. It meant you had precisely defined the "State of Saturation." This is a physical state. Just as a container reaching its saturation point, any further infusion only leads to overflow and chaos. A leader's strength lies in their ability to forcibly draw a line of the "Optimal Solution" amidst the endless torrent of desire.
This is a redemption of sovereignty. Once you define what is "enough," you cut off the endless cycle of comparison and bottomless expansion. In mechanics, any over-expansion that loses its border will eventually lead to a gravitational collapse of the core. True freedom is found when you are no longer a slave to desire, but the guardian of your own boundaries.
Satisfaction is not "I got what I wanted"; it is "I have defined the optimal boundary for this achievement."
【 The Silent Inquiry 】
When you feel anxious or driven to expand incessantly, ask yourself:
Are you blindly pursuing limitless growth, or have you mastered the boundary of the 'Optimal Solution'?
Is every bit of your excess an asset, or is it a gravitational burden crushing your sovereignty?
