上一篇分享了「台灣健美比賽費用一覽」，裡面有一個花費就是彩妝！上一篇的整理表格提到，女選手的彩妝費用約落在3000~4000不等，這可是一筆很驚人的花費！
但其實以前的健美比賽是沒有提供大會彩妝的喔，2022年左右才開始有這項服務，除了大會配合的彩妝師之外，你也可以自己找選手常找的化妝師、新秘，或是朋友幫忙化甚至是自己化！那如果想要找彩妝師化妝的話，可以找誰呢？今天要來推薦選手比賽時，常常會請的化妝師來給大家分享！
健美比賽梳化需要多久
一般來說，女生梳化約需要3小時，男生約1.5小時，梳化過程包含臉部彩妝和頭髮造型，通常會先處理彩妝，再處理頭髮。
做造型的時候通常會需要電，不管是用電棒捲、離子夾，都需要電，而且梳化時需要好的光源，所以一定需要一個桌面跟足夠量的燈源。通常比賽會場不會有這樣的環境，所以要就是在家裡畫完妝再出發去會場，或是在飯店畫完再出去。所以以一般比基尼大多都在下午一點左右開始比賽，往前推約1.5-2小時到會場，所以11點要到會場，再往前推三小時化妝，還有去會場的車程，所以建議七點一定要開妝。
健美比賽彩妝師費用
目前彩妝費用大約都落在3000-4000左右，所以在這區間的開價都還算合理，但如果他真的是很知名的彩妝師可能真的會比較高。另外，基本上健美彩妝通常不會需要助手，一位彩妝師是可以完成的，如果時間充裕的話。那如果他同時包了很多選手，可能就會帶助手，那就要注意一下是否會再多收費用。
健美比賽彩妝師的挑選重點
1.一定要去看過彩妝師幫選手畫的「比賽舞台上的妝」
很多彩妝師可能只會在IG放上棚拍的寫真，因為可以拍出細節，但是我們請彩妝師是為了比賽，在台上要有好的妝容，所以能畫出讓你在台上，被spot light打下去都還能美美的彩妝師才是你要找的。不是棚拍寫真攝影好看就好喔！
2.請不要拿歐美選手的妝容給彩妝師
約到彩妝師後，他可能會請你拿你想要的妝容範本給他，讓他了解一下你想要的樣子，這時千萬不要拿歐美的選手，這樣畫出來會很可怕。因為歐美人的臉跟我們不一樣，所以找範本請找亞洲選手的照片。
3.如果可以直接詢問有給她畫過的選手的回饋
最真實的感受絕對是來自於被服務過的選手，所以如果你想找這位化妝師，可以看一下他畫過誰，然後禮貌性私訊問他彩妝師的服務技術如何，另外，建議不要詢問比較有名氣的選手，例如有點知名度、有比較多追蹤的選手，因為他們可能會有形象或是不想切別人後路，所以可能都說好話，所以找一般般的選手詢問是最好的喔。
4.地域性問題，牽扯到是否加收車馬費、以及開妝時間
如果可以最好是挑當地的化妝師，這樣可以省去車馬費，也可以比較早開妝，早點畫完早點去會場報到，好好準備上場。如果還是想要約自己喜歡的化妝師的話，那可能就要注意車馬費，太早開妝可能還需要包住宿。
5.確定好比賽日期跟比賽時間就趕快下訂彩妝師
彩妝師預定就跟結婚當天請新秘一樣，絕對是要趕快下訂的，因為大家常找的彩妝師就大概那幾位，如果你比的賽事是很夯的（例如IFBB、WNBF、夢想盃、成吉盃），絕對要先約好彩妝師！
6.事先跟化妝師說你的比基尼顏色
事先告知化妝師你的比基尼顏色，避免他的眼影上選了跟比基尼不搭的顏色。那比基尼顏色需要跟眼影一樣嗎？我認為不一定要。常見的比基尼顏色是藍色，但是藍色的眼影其實不是很適合亞洲人，所以不一定要跟比基尼顏色一樣，重點是你的臉適合什麼顏色，才能真的展現你。（延伸閱讀：健美比基尼比賽：裝備清單一覽，為自己的比賽準備好一切）
–7.事先告知你的膚色劑顏色
每個膚色劑牌子上出來的顏色會有不同，以及每個人的吃色能力不同。以我來說，我的身體很吃LSR，同樣上LSR，相較於其他選手，我的身體就比較吃色比較深，我就需要告訴我的彩妝師說需要準備較深顏色的粉底。那臉的粉底顏色要多深呢？大概會是比膚色劑差不多或淺一點點就好，淺一點點比較有東方人的感覺。（東方人覺得白比較美，西方人粉底跟膚色劑會很接近。）

以下就是我整理出來比較常幫選手化妝的彩妝師啦，大家可以先去看看他們IG的風格，再禮貌性詢問費用和檔期。健美比賽來說，一場賽事一個項目通常很難一次畫到兩個人以上，因為大家報到的時間差不多，時間就會卡在一起，通常一個化妝師頂多一場比賽只會接2個左右，所以如果有確定比賽日期跟時間了，就一定要先去卡位好你想要的化妝師喔！
