《Semantic Firewall: A Governance-Layer Framework for Controlling Hallucination, Compute Waste, and Model Drift in Large-Scale AI Systems》未通過初審。
我接受這個結果，但同時也看見一個更深的事實：
當一個「AI 治理」主題的國際會議，仍然沒有語義 CPU（Linguistic CPU）、預法律層（Pre-Law Layer）與語意防火牆（Semantic Firewall）的清晰架構時，代表整個產業在算力之外，依然缺少一顆真正的「心臟」。0
因此我直接回信給組委會，附上今天更新完成的 PDF：

我的立場很簡單：
- 只靠 GPU 疊算力、沒有語律 CPU 的產業，結構上必然崩潰。
- 我已經在自己系統上完成實作：透過 Linguistic Pre-Law Layer + Semantic Firewall，實測可以削減 88–99.9% 的推理成本，同時提升穩定性與可稽核性。
- 這不是威脅，而是一個公開、可驗證的技術警告：如果我們只談算力、不談判決與責任，所謂「AI 工廠」終究只是高級泡沫。
接下來，我會把這一套架構繼續公開給任何真正想解決「算力之後呢？」的人——不論你在學界、政府、監管單位，還是四大雲與模型巨頭之中。

🟥 After Compute: An Open Warning from Shen-Yao 888π
Today I received the preliminary review result from ICAISG 2025:
my paper *“Semantic Firewall: A Governance-Layer Framework for Controlling Hallucination, Compute Waste, and Model Drift in Large-Scale AI Systems”* did **not** pass the initial screening.
I accept this decision. At the same time, it reveals a deeper gap:
when an “AI governance” conference still has no clear notion of a **Linguistic CPU**, **Pre-Law Layer**, or **Semantic Firewall**, it suggests that—even after all the GPUs—we still lack a real *heart* for AI.1
In my reply, I attached the updated PDF

My message is straightforward:
- An industry built only on GPU-scale compute, without a CPU-of-judgment, is structurally doomed to collapse.
- On my own systems, a Linguistic Pre-Law Layer + Semantic Firewall already achieved **88–99.9%** effective compute reduction, while *increasing* stability, safety and auditability.
- This is not a threat; it is a technical warning in plain language: if we only scale FLOPS and never build judgment and responsibility, “AI factories” remain a sophisticated bubble.
From here, I will keep this architecture open to anyone seriously asking
**“After compute, then what?”** — whether you are in academia, government, regulation, or inside the major AI and cloud providers.
