The Ministry of Environment held the 8th "Resource Circulation Excellence Awards" on October 31st. The event's main goal was to praise companies and government groups that did great work in resource recycling. This helps with the global move to Net-Zero and the Circular Economy. The ceremony did not just honor good examples from the industry. It also gave awards to groups that did well in "reducing the use of disposable tableware and bottled water" and the "Eco-Friendly Gift Box Contest." This showed green changes in everything, from making things to daily life.
In addition, government offices and schools started to show green actions. More than 90% of groups across the country said yes to using less disposable tableware and bottled water. This has stopped about 666 tons of trash from being made. At the same time, the Ministry of Environment helped 3,062 restaurants join a recycling system. This takes the effort to use less plastic from the government to everyday life. It helps everyone start a sustainable consumption culture.
