在生成式 AI 的時代，提示詞已不再只是技術指令，而是一種行為本身。每一次輸入，都是一次決策；每一次生成，都是一次後果的外溢。當影像、聲音與語言能被低成本複製與再製，傳統以「肖像權」與「事後追責」為核心的法律設計，已無法有效回溯責任源頭。真正的問題不在於「能不能生成」，而在於「誰為生成負責」。

The real issue is not whether generation is possible, but who bears responsibility for it.
