阿平伯好!各位朋友好!我雖然來自韭菜,但因為在遮光環境長大,所以口感更柔嫩。
Hello A Ping and everyone! I come from the chive family, but growing without sunlight makes me more tender.

聽說妳是經過特別栽培的,能和大家說說嗎?
We heard you’re grown in a special way. Can you tell us more?
韭黃姐 / Jiu Huang Sister:
是的,我是在完全遮光的環境下生長,大約 20 到 30 天就能採收,因此葉片呈現淡黃色。
Yes, I grow in complete darkness. After about 20 to 30 days, I’m ready for harvest, which gives me my pale yellow color.

難怪口感特別細緻,味道也比較溫和。種植時需要注意什麼?

最重要的是避免光照,並維持適當濕度,這樣才能保持柔嫩與甜味。
