Any key growing tips? 芥藍伯 / Gai Lan Uncle: 日照一定要夠,水不要太多,重點是收成要快,太老就會苦。 Plenty of sunlight is essential, but don’t overwater. Harvesting at the right time is crucial—too old and it turns bitter. 阿平伯 / A Ping: 很多人覺得芥藍苦,其實是處理方式的問題? Many people think gai lan is bitter—could that be due to cooking methods? 芥藍伯 / Gai Lan Uncle: 對,汆燙後快炒或加蠔油,苦味會退,剩下的是清甜和脆感,還很補鈣。 Exactly.
