從選擇就讀 EMBA 的那一刻起，我便對這段旅程充滿期待。
在過去的管理經驗中，我時常思考：我們的某些決策是正確的，但為什麼？它背後的邏輯與依據是什麼？更重要的是，未來我要如何持續做出正確的選擇，而不是憑感覺或運氣？
我深知，要做出一個好決策，不僅需要跨領域的知識支持，也需要能夠整合並內化這些知識的能力。知識可以複製，但每個人的吸收速度與深度不同，於是產生了截然不同的結果。
我希望透過這段學習歷程，深入理解管理與策略，學會如何協助企業做出關鍵決策，同時也為自己規劃出一條適合的職涯道路。
我的課程分為兩個學期。
第一學期課業密集，內容涵蓋實習、流程管理、大數據應用，以及組織行為等；
第二學期看似比較輕鬆，實際上卻是一種不同形式的壓力，因為得投入大量心力準備畢業論文。
